”How did you get to know our shop?”

Hello everyone! This is Connie from itoaware, Osaka.

In August , many customers visited our store to experience making rings.

Our customers are couples, female friends, and even families... 

We really have a wide range of people visiting us.

Today, we would like to introduce how our customers learned about our shop .

I searched with a search engine because I wanted to make pair rings.

There are various reasons for making rings. Since it would be a long-distance relationship soon so we wanted something that would be proof of our bond. Since it is one year since we started dating, we wanted a special anniversary pair rings. We wanted to make rings as a memory of our trip to Osaka. It seems a lot of people are using a search engine such as google or yahoo using keywords such as "Umeda ring-making", "Umeda pair rings", "Osaka ring-making experience", etc.  I am so grateful for being able to connect with peope in this way.

I found itoaware on the Jalan site! We chose this shop because it was ranked No.1

We love making things. I wanted to give a special gift on her birthday.  We were looking for a dating spot where two people can enjoy experiencing something.

Our shop is ranked No.1 on the "accessories" section on the jalan website. We have a lot of people visiting us to experience ring making after reading about it on the reviews. Our heartfelt thanks to all our customers who wrote and uploaded the reviews! We really appreciate the new encounters.

After seeing a cute ring on Instagram, I wanted to make one for myself

Because the ring they found on instagram looked so beautiful, they wanted to enjoy the ring-making experience with boyfriends, girlfriends and just friends....a lot of people who look at our instagram photos want the same ring or want to try out the same experience.

I think the time spent making the ring is also part of the ring. In order to take home good memories of the time spent together,  for those who wish we take a lot of photos of the experience and give them to our customers before they leave. Since I would really like to share with all of you the smiles of our customers enjoying making rings, upon getting our customers' consent, I post them on our instagram page. Some people visit us to experience making rings and experience the same happiness they have seen on instagram through our customers' facial expressions.  I am really happy about this.

I was looking for an event that we could enjoy because I was meeting with my friends.There are various customers who use our shop for a girls-only-gathering. 

A gathering of classmates from high school or university days, colleagues working at the same company, classmates who are currently attending a vocational school.A lot of people come after friends who have already enjoyed the experience recommend our shop.

When I see everyone making their own friendship rings and returning home happily, I feel my heart getting warm. I am very honored to be able to witness this chain of happiness that the happy memories of laughing together lead to new encounters which in turn lead to new happy memories.

I remembered the many customers that I met in August and could not help smiling to myself.
