The dark knight rises 2012 cast. Brilliant! I could use a hundred adjectives to describe The Dark Knight Rises, but it wouldn't do the film justice. This film (like many of Christopher Nolan films) deserves several viewings before one can make a final verdict. Not because the film is hard to follow, but the dialogue and plot feels much more crisp. You appreciate the film more, rather than countdown to the films finale. Nolan's screenplay is amazing and the conclusion is the greatest and most enjoyable ending of all time. Epic is an understatement, the fight scenes between Batman (Bale) and Bane are intense and when you see the type of battle Batman is up against, you realize that he is just human being like us. Bane's unique voice and Tom Hardy's menacing appearance delivers a powerful on screen antagonist. Anne Hathaway, Michael Cain, and Gary Oldman give emotionally charged performances as their respective characters. You must see it again, again and again.

The dark knight rises (2012. I am not in a mood to pit this movie against any other but i was made to think of Superman of the old and then i realized why that film is still superior and still the best comic book film ever film also revolves around the same Superman 2 essence where the villain from the past returns and forms allegiance with a new villain, Bane in this case to destroy the main character.
The films ending particularly for me is anti-comic book genre and more TV soapie type where there is a twist in the stead of ending the film with Talia Al'Ghul's revelation the film could have ended with Bane's simply dragged the film for a grand finale.

You get 3 excellent movies (Die Hard) followed by a 4th that's just awful, or 2 fair to middling movies (Mission Impossible) followed by a 3rd that's laughable. It's summed up for me towards the end when, after it seems that the whole universe knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman, Commissioner Gordon, confidant to both Bruce and Batman, experiences an epiphany. "Wha. Bruce? As though to say, Who would have guessed? Well, everybody actually. At least, everybody with even a pinhead for a brain.
The various plot holes and laughable scenes and dialog have been well-covered, but I see that the film is still on Best Of 2012 lists, so what do I know? I watched Get the Gringo in the same week, and while that was also risible, at least it was intentionally so, and was reasonably entertaining. Better than The Dark Knight, anyway.
