Yeah so I dont tmi k I'm the only one who clicked this bc I saw it's being remade. STILL AN AWESOME FILM. For many years I was about one of two or three people 'seeding' the Third Stage Edition DVD9, I still have it on a hard drive after sharing it amongst fellow book and Lynch Dune fans alike, but I shall assuredly be doing the same with this so it will never fade. Amazing work. I'm quite looking forward the new one also.

I enjoy this film more each time I see it and unlike many films, it is aging extremely well. “Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.” I wonder if Frank saw the future? Facebook? Google? Amazon? Apple? I doubt the Government could shut them down even if they tried their hardest. It would take a union of governments to stop these Giants.

Dune is timeless Classic.

It occurred to me that David Lynchs Dune is sort of like Ben Hur. We need more weird films. Women stab each other over shoes and handbags. did leto really think that through. Long live the fighters. Long ago I got to book 4 and had to take a break from the characters, never got back to em. Have 5 and 6 but haven't read them yet, need to buy the following books by Brian Herbert and his friend. Maybe I'll see if they're all in e-book form. Good vid, will watch further.

AHHHH-CHAAAAA. OMG WTF. I saw this movie when it came out. I was a young boy and was totally overwhelmed and could not deal with it. but it left a profound mark deep inside me. I'm now in my 40s and this movie is so dear to my heart I cannot explain without going on and on. Watching this compilation makes my Dune heart soar like an eagle. There are scenes left out I wish were included but all in all this is a nice recap of a truly unique movie unlike no other. 3 (did you notice the David Lynch cameo. D (Y.

Reminds me of asoiaf wargs. This is now the only true version of the movie for me. Excellent job. Verena von Strenge! The Best ever... The emotion to see these scenes. I put a pause and I started to see the whole movie again. Great video and research as always, very enjoyable.
