When do i see something like that about some german Landser. The movie is technically perfect. Beautiful shots (not, it's not a single shot) all over the place and one of the best cinematography works I've ever seen.
However, it lacks passion, good characters and a more compelling story. The first 30 minutes are really boring and, even if it gets much better after that, you never really care about the characters.
It's good enough because it looks great and you always want to see what will be the next beautiful shot. Watch it like an episode of Planet Earth, however don't expect a cinema masterpiece.
