It felt as though it was targeted towards the teenage audience with "relatable" characters that tried to use buzz words and famous bands to appeal to the kids of its day. It was still a fun comedy, and the ending had some interesting use of time travel, but I didn't think it was the cult classic a lot of people made it out to be. This time, however, I absolutely loved the Bill and Ted sequel. Maybe that's in part because I had more of an idea going into the film what it would be like, and I knew to take it less seriously. However, I do feel like the sequel improved upon the first film in many ways. The writing is better, the effects are better, and overall I found it more fun. With the second movie in hindsight, I can definitely see why the Bill and Ted movies are so beloved and highly regarded. It's a great series, just filled with everything awesome in the world. The characters are lovable, the music rocks, and it's absolutely hilarious! (P. S. I had previewed the movies because I thought they were something my nephews (10 & 14) would enjoy. I think it really depends on the child.
