The second day of Kickboxing / キックボクシング二日目

It's the second day of Kickboxing.

There was plenty of people because it was Sunday. It was kind of crowded but it was crowded with good people so I enjoy it, I was happy!

We did mitts today. My tutor praised my kick, she said "It's like batting."

Plus I held the mitts and received some jabs and kicks. It was so hard that I couldn't stand straight. If I received without the mitts, I was going to get killed. That was awesome.

キックボクシング二日目。

日曜日だけあって人がたくさん。ちょっと密だけど、和気あいあいとしてて楽しいし、みんないい人。そんな人たちとミット打ち。

今日はキックをほめられた。「バットで殴られたみたい」って。

そして今日は俺もミットでジャブやキックを受けてみました。これがまた難しい！しっかり踏ん張らないと吹き飛ばされる。これはミットがなかったら死んじゃうよ…😅

めっちゃ楽しい😊
