I thought that the movie was entertaining and I often found myself immersed in the story. It's a great real-life story that demonstrates the concept that we must fight for change rather than wait wot it to happen. Go see this movie.

They had an amazing, once in a lifetime, real.

What a missed opportunity. I can not believe this was ignored by the awards ceremonies. I was completely mesmerized by the story, the characters and the actors who portrayed all of the various parts that demonstrated what it was like to live that discrimnation and to see how change is a process. Story and they made a movie that was a piece of garbage! She was miscast. Army Hammer is the worst actor of all time. The script was terrible! And they MISSED the most important and impactful areas of her life. What a shame! One of the worst films of the year.

The portrayal by Felicity Jones was remarkable she had me in tears as I knew the pain she felt when told over and over that women did not belong here or there, but only over there. It may have taken a man's story to change the law, but without RBG it could have been another 50 or 100 years. Armie Hammer played a man who understood the need for equality and was a partner in that pursuit but never diminishing the work his wife did. Relationships were so well portrayed.

While RBG is definitely an inspirational historical figure I was interested in knowing more about, this story about some of the more important parts of her life was about as interesting to watch as, well, a tax trial. Good acting throughout, and the last 15 minutes almost makes the slow first half worth the wait. An inspirational history lesson for some, but some will doze off before the payoff at the end.

To the reviewers who say it was political well damn right! It is the same thing they tried to shut this message down with in the 70s. Move forward, watch this film especially if you know nothing about it, you just may learn a thing or two.
