Ginkgo Tree of Hakuryu Daijin

2020.10.31 05:43

Did you know that there is a shrine called 白龍大神(Hakyuryu Daijin) diagonally in front of itoaware?

It is a shrine that is also known as Mi-san because a white snake lives under the shrine.

The kanji character for snake (Hebi) can also be read as Mi so the people living in the near

area lovingly call the shrine "Mi-san".

Although it is a shrine in the back alley, there are people who come to worship not only from Osaka but also from all over Japan as a power spot that bestows prosperous business, art, have a healthy baby, good health, and good encounters with people.

The ginkgo tree, which is a sacred tree of such a shrine, bore many ginkgo nuts this year as well.

When the wind blows, you can hear the sound of ginkgo nuts falling here and there ...

As these are nuts of a sacred tree, I place the nuts on the side of the road every morning so that passers-byes won't step on it.

When you see the lined up ginkgo nuts, it's cute and you can feel the autumn season 😍

The leaves are still green now, but as it gets colder, the leaves will turn yellow.

I'm looking forward to it…🍁
