I love revenge type films. Especially ones that center around high school, where a lot of people are coming into their arrogance. But this flick totally drops the ball by doing underwhelming stuff to the baddies. It begins when the gorgeous Tunney moves to a new neighborhood. Her new school happens to have three teenage witches. And she herself is able to some things. They all get together, cast some spells, find out what they're capable of, make the school bitch's hair fall out, make an amorous jerk annoyingly lovesick, blah, blah. It just doesn't grab you. Had a little steam the first 45 minutes or so, then peters out, and even has the witches turn on each other in the end. It all drags forever before finally wrapping up. One bright spot is the cast, cute and somewhat busty. But after a few minutes of that (and no nudity featured at all) you'll be ready for another movie.
