The plot deals with the subject of staying noble while the joker tries to get him to reveal himself to the public, whilst threatening to kill people or blow up a hospital, this is easily the greatest film that I have ever seen. Another thing about the plot is the epic chase scene. It is perfectly shot, and goes on for just the right amount of time.
In conclusion a 9.0/10 won't make the cut for this. It should at least be a 9.8/10. As it is just my personal favourite and not the one that I think is the BEST.
