This is a wonderful book, filled with wisdom, compassion, and humor. It's not a typical "self-help book" — but I'm sure it will guide a lot of people on how to "help themselves". I found the book very deep and spiritual, also funny and entertaining. Even though the author is a famous meditation teacher, the book goes way beyond meditation. It introduces a whole new way of being, a different form of existing in the world with ease and kindness. Highly recommended for anyone that has ever felt like they don't belong.
