It is a technical achievement, because it looks flawless and I really can't even describe how great the sound is. On a home theater, on headphones, on my iPad, everything, it sounds pristine. It sounds better than the soundtrack, which is saying something.
This is a must watch movie/show. It speaks to history as both a learning experience and something we shouldn't forget. The music is amazing and the lyrics and wordplay are second to none. Obviously I'm not breaking news here, Hamilton has been a sensation since it came out in 2015. Lin Manuel Miranda is a true genius and the world is a better place with him in it.
Still, this movie exceeded my very high expectations. And I speak as someone who has seen the show more than 20 times.
