I loved this movie, and the twist made me so happy. Mainly because as a pharmacist, it bothered me that she pumped him full of THAT MUCH morphine and we saw no signs of inebriation. Her reaction was true, hed likely be dead within 10 minutes if she had switched the meds (and she didnt try to perform cpr which I also thought was weird she didnt offer) but hed also be shutting down, slurring words, and collapsing within a few minutes as well, definitely within the time frame of their conversation. So to find out that the meds not being switched was actually part of the story made me feel more involved rather than worrying the story had lazy writing.
