Buildings without inspection certificates will face complications.

In order to solve these problems, the MLIT created the following guideline, The Guideline for the Use of Designated Confirmation and Inspection Bodies to Conduct Investigations and Aid Non-Certificate Holders.

Investigations are performed in accordance to the above guideline.
