福島の水産物を知るモニターツアー　いわき市編に参加し♡

リビングWeb・ミセスブロガーズ事務局からの招待で、「福島の水産物を知るモニターツアー　いわき市編」（主催/福島県）に参加して福島県いわき市小名浜を尋ねてきました。最初に県水産事務所職員より、東日本大震災後の水産物の現状について説明を受けました。I was invited from the blogger's office on the Living-Web.Also I toured Onahama, Iwaki-shi, Fukushima Prefecture.Fundamentally the prefectural fishery office staff explained to us about their seafood present conditions after the East Japan Great Earthquake and Nuclear disaster.３年も高い数値が出なかったのに、何でまだ試験操業を続けているの？安心を仲介人さんに与えるため安心は、化学的に証明できません仲介人に証明書が必要かどうか尋ねました。彼らはそれは必要不可欠だと言いました。今年、いつまで続けるか検討したが、現時点では、継続しかないと言う結論に至りましたThree years ago, many fish were safe.Nonetheless the fisheries must continue there radiation check for the agency brokers.Security must continually be proven. When they inquire to their brokers whether a certificate is necessary, it was confirmed that it is essential.During 2017,the fishermen held discussions about how long they will be able to hold onto their occupations.Presently,they have no direction as how to continue.大きな魚は小さな魚を食べる事でセシウムが多くなるの？セシウムは水に溶けやすく、尿から半分は出て行きます。試験の結果、餌からの取り込みよりも海水からの汚染から来ている事がわかりました。また、その個体が被災したかどうかが重要で、震災後に生まれた個体からはほとんど検出されません ( 県水産試験場職員)Do larger fish get more radiation by eating smaller fish?The chemical Cesium is easy to dissolve in water,half of it goes out from fish urine.As a result of the tests,findings have shown that the outcome was derived from contamination from seawater rather than samples from specimens.We have seen that it is important to know whether the fish are affected by the nuclear damage. In addition, radiation is scarcely detected from any fish born after the 2011 disaster. (Prefectural Fisheries Experiment Station staff)まだ出荷停止の魚種があるのは何故？あと残りは10種、高い放射線が出たものと同じ海域で釣らないとならない為、まだ証明するほど実は採れていないからなんです。魚は移動しますから、なかなか同じ場所では採れないのです。その為に解除が遅れているのです。国と調整し、生態的特徴を踏まえて解除申請を行っています。( 同上)Why are some fish species still unavailable? After the nuclear problem, the fishermen need to capture the remaining 10 species in the same waters as those with high radioactivity. As the fish migrate, they cannot be easily harvested in the same places. Therefore, cancellation is delayed.The fisheries coordinate with the homeland and apply for withdrawal based on ecological characteristics.(same staff)震災後は、他県船の水揚げがほとんどありません。漁師達は、リスクを冒してまで福島県へ運ぶ必要がないからです。カツオはかつて水揚げ量が一番多い魚でしたから、以前のように大量旗を掲げた沖合魚船が戻ってくることを期待します。After the 2011 disaster,there is less docking by other prefectural vessels.Fishermen do not need to carry their stock to Fukushima prefecture until taking risks has been show to be at a minimun.As bonito was the fish with the largest amount of docking,it is hoped that the offshore fishing boats which raise big catch banners will make a come back like previously.昼食には、浜のお母さん達の作った郷土料理を食べました。とても美味しかったです。During lunchtime,we ate local cuisine which was prepared by neighborhood fishing wives.That was truly delicious.今回の旅では、正しい知識を持つ事で、思い違いや無知による心配事が、払拭されました。Throughout our trip, while receiving proper updates and knowledge, any experience of misgivings,ignorance or any misunderstandings were completely eliminated.綺麗な小名浜の海を私たちも応援しています。一緒にこれからも見守っていきたいですねOur excursion also supported the stunning and beautiful sea of Onahama.Let us look after these local communities together.福島県並びにこのツアーのすべてのスタッフに感謝を込めてMany thanks to Fukushima Prefecture and all the staff from our tour. #福島県リビング水産ツアーhttp://mrs.living.jp/sp/171207fukushima/
