Synopsis Arthur Fleck is a wannabe stand-up comic who suffers from many mental illnesses, including one which causes him to laugh uncontrollably when he is nervous, and often gets him into bad situations. This guy has so far, been the the best Joker character, ever. Here comes another new batman story line. Now lets compare this acting to damaged joker's acting. One of the top 5 greatest films ever made. Man! He couldn't have been anymore perfect for this role! He definitely was. Good joker rixstar. The joke is. you have the power to create your own worst enemy. Society created the Joker unintentionally, and the Joker in turn created Batman. I think this movie is a good start for potentially a great joker. As a movie this was great, but for a Joker movie/DC movie it didn't quite hit home for me.
Firstly it's the thought that this is Joker, this is the arc enemy of Batman, I didn't quite see the mastermind nor the insane personality of joker. What I saw was a relatable Joker, and I didn't quite fancy that. It's easy to judge because this is the origin of Joker and will eventually build up to the insane mastermind that we love.
The climax wasn't that impressive either, suddenly the city is in chaos because a clown shot a news reporter on live TV? This was a really cheap way to end the film and it could've been executed way better.
All in all, this was a great movie and I'm excited to see if the joker in the sequele can live up to the great Heath Ledger.
I haven't seen real acting in real places in a loooong time wow👏👏.
