With all the hype, I assumed this musical had to be overrated. Full disclosure - I'm generally not a fan of hip hop. This musical is not overrated. Just divide the movie into short music videos and upload it on youtube, instead of wasting it. this garbage isn't even a movie. I saw Hamilton in Chicago and Kansas City and was blown away by each performance. As excited as I was to see the original cast, I was skeptical to watch a filmed performance. IMHO It. Was. Perfect. Just let yourself fall into the show-it's so easy to do. I laughed, I cried, I sang, I danced. Just sit back and enjoy this incredible experience.
