[コラム執筆] 湖国と文化 2021年1月冬号 地域記者として 

10月にロクハ公園で行われた留学生と料理で青空国際交流 

について書かせていただきました。

エジプト料理を紹介してくれたNahlaｻﾝのコメント(コラム内ではなんとか和訳してます)

→ “ I believe that cooking is a great way of communication between nations. I wanted to make people feel the “ taste” of my country. In Egypt we say “ Cooking is a spirit “. I truly enjoyed the questions I received and enjoyed answering them through cooking. When you eat other countries’ food , you can definitely feel their spirit and culture. “
