Would you like to give a ring on International Women's Day?
Hello everyone
Do you know
International Women's Day????
Or
Festa Della Donna????
In 1904, a demonstration in NY seeking women's suffrage triggered
the enactment by the United Nations of designating March 8, 1975 as the International Women's Day .
I used to live in Italy when I encountered the International Women's Day in March.
In Italy, 3/8 is called Festa Della Donna, which is also the day to give mimosas to women.
The city was beautiful surrounded by mimosas ✨
A chef who was a friend of mne made and distributed mimosa cakes.
Mimosa is also regarded as a symbol of love and happiness, and her flower language in Italy is "gratitude."
The Italian dad of the house I lived in told me
"You give a mimosa and accessories as a sign of gratitude."
And
"It's also a day when it costs a lot of money."
He said winking mischieviously..
The custom of giving mimosas is not well established in Japan,
At a flower shop, at a general store that collects various things from around the world, etc ...
I see things derived from mimosa in some places,
"Give an accessory gift with gratitude"
You also see the phrase ,,,,,,,
I agree.
Many people are given a ring made by itoaware as a gift.
