まだ２月だというのに今日は最高が20℃で最低が9℃という予報だ。今までヒートテックにダウンというような極寒対応だったけれど、さすがに暑いだろう。薄手のタートルを着て外に出る。ちょっとひんやりするなぁと思い歩いていると、次々と厚手のコートやダウンの人々とすれ違う。こんな薄手な服は自分だけだ。やっぱり寒いような気がしてきて、いつもの服にすればよかったと後悔し始める。電車に乗ると自分だけがハワイから南極にやってきたように思えてくる、、、。いやいや惑わされてはいけない。多くの人の感性よりも数字を信じよう。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

Although it is still February, it is forecast that the maximum is 20 ℃ and the minimum is 9 ℃ today. Until now, I was a frigid response such as down jacket and heat tech, but it may be hot. I worn a thin turtle and went outside. As I walked around thinking that it would be a little cool, I passed by people with thick coats and down jackets one after another. I'm the only one with such thin clothes. After all, I felt cold and started to regret that I should have worn my usual clothes. When I got on the train, it seemed that I was the only one from Hawaii to Antarctica. Don't be fooled.
