How are things going?

This is Connie, staff in charge of customer support at itoaware, Osaka.

At our store, many people make reservations for ring-making session through the

Jalan website.

Of course, there are others who make reservations by instagram DM or by telephone.

There are aslo others who drop in while passing by our store.

The Nakazaki-cho area where our store is located is filled with small alleyways.

"What's in this alleyway?"

"Wow! There's this kind of shop here!!"

etc.

It's an area where its is really fun to explore.

There are many people who just happeneto pass by our store and take a look at the cards

placed on the bench in front of our shop and drop in.

There are also others who visit us after seeing our signboards placed on both ends of the alleyway.

We want to say "THANKS SO MUCH❣” to all of them.

When you come into our store, after we explain about the various materials you can choose etc. , you can enjoy trying on the variious sample rings.

Furthermore, if there is a seat is available, you can try texturing the ring with the pattern of your choice with a hammer by participating in the ring-making session which we offer free of charge (you need to pay only for the ring)

If you prefer to have our craftsman make the ring for you, you can order the ring.

Depending on how crowded the store is at the time of your visit, while our craftsman makes your ring,  you can enjoy drinks and sweets at one of the many cafes of Nakazaki-cho and drop in later to pick up your new ring.

Passersby who would just like to take a look at our rings will be welcomed by our staff!
