money(お金)は数えないが、a coin(s)(硬貨)やa bill(s)(紙幣)は数える、

music(音楽)は数えないが、a song(s)(曲)やan instrument(s)(楽器)は数える、

furniture(家具)は数えないが、a chair(s)(椅子)やa table(s)(テーブル)は数える、

のように、名詞にはmoney, music, furnitureのように数えない総称名詞というものがあります。some ・ any ・ a lot of や　(too) much と合わせて使いましょう。
