Personal Training 3 times a week for 30 days(12 times personal training) and dietary guidance

Healthy Body Makeover Course
This course is designed to help you achieve a feminine body makeover and a healthy body. This course is ideal for those who want to make up their body without changing their eating habits and for those who do not need to lose weight.
