難しいと感じる事

Yesterday, I participated in online meeting in the afternoon.

That was the first conference of a team I belong to of this year.

Until now, I have stood on front line and expressed my opinion freely in this team for a long time.

But, from now, I hope younger generation will operate this team positively.

So, I am going to stand behind to see and assist them silently.

However I felt it was pretty difficult for me yesterday.

But it is necessary for them, not for me.

Therefore I want to continue making an effort from now on.

昨日は午後、オンラインで会議に参加しました。

所属している委員会の今年最初の会議でした。

これまで私は、この委員会で先頭に立って積極的に意見を述べてきました。

でもこれからは、若い人たちが積極的にこの委員会を運営していってくれることを願っています。

だから今後は後方に立って彼らを静かに見守りたいと思っています。

でも昨日はこれが自分にとってなかなか難しく感じました。

しかし、これは自分のためでなく、彼らのために必要なことです。

だからこれからも努力を続けていきたいです。
