The first thing would be Hulk's arc. Professor Hulk was a great idea, even though it was predicted long ago, we get as Banner says "the best of both worlds" and I understand people will and have already said or made complaints about how Hulk/banner didn't do much in the film, yet he was the one to wear the gauntlet, if anyone else put it on even for a second, they would've perished, whereas for Banner, it only damaged his arm.
As for things that went into making this film, there is literally so much detail that went into producing this movie. Some examples being 'Harley' portrayed by Ty Simpkins from way back in 2013 during Ironman's final solo film debut, making an appearance during the funeral scene for simply showing his respects for a father figure like Tony Stark(Robert Downey Jr. Every time travel scene as well was perfect and exactly the way it was back in The first avengers film, thor's sequel, etc. They managed to callback every actor that was in the original scenes.
The story arcs:
Steve Rogers' Chris Evans) arc was by far my favorite. "God's righteous man, pretending you could live without a war" as quoted by Ultron(James Spader) in Avengers: Age of Ultron(2015. His reunion with Peggy(Hayley Atwell) in the end was so beautiful and long awaited, after all that Cap has done for his country and comrades, he really deserved something as simple as that dance with her as he promised at the end of "The first Avenger" 2011) before he went into the ice. Cap wielding Mjolnir was my all time dream as many as other fans' you'd never think that Cap would actually wield Thor's mighty hammer but he DID and man did everyone in my theatre go crazy.
And Thor being fat is the most understandable plot point that lots of people fail to understand or try to hate on. He lost countless loved ones, half of his people, and most of all screwed up by decapitating Thanos thinking that it'd fix something but it didn't, it was only a matter of time before he fell off the deep end and hit rock bottom after all that happened.
Tony Stark's death was the most saddening thing in the film. Stark has always been getting negative feedback from everyone, saying things like he isn't hero, he's narcissistic, only fights for himself, or even as quoted by a naive Steve Rogers in the first Avengers film "Not the guy to make the sacrifice play, to lay on a wire and the let the other guy crawl over you. Or as an evil Wanda Maximoff(Elizabeth Olsen) forsaw in "Age of Ultron" where Stark was the only surviving Avenger and that he didn't do enough, yet he snapped his fingers to save trillions and was venerated as he deserved it.
All of the fan service and call backs were perfect and I wouldn't say unnecessary or overdone. The scene in which all of the dusted and remaining heroes return, was THE biggest most immense scene in the history of cinema, I can happily tell my children in the future "Yeah, the biggest event in Cinematic history, I was there and I witnessed something truly special that will never happen again." The callback to "The Winter Soldier" 2014) was perfect when Falcon quoted "On your left. CHILLS* as the portal opened and the score began. Don't even get me started on the OST, Alan Silvestri was tasked with one of THE hardest jobs that factored into this film and he nailed it, he hammered that sh* hard. Not only did he construct the most epic soundtrack ever but he at the same time was able to invoke a sense of different types of pathos in multiple tracks. From hopeful, empowering, and epic in his song "Portals" to something that venerates Rdj's character like "The Real Hero. Or even something that admits a feel of tribute and legacy in "Main on End" during the end credits, in which there were 6 Original Avengers being honored amongst the fans, writers, everyone who was in support of this film. 6 signatures with the iconic original melody of the Avengers theme song rolling as we see Jeremy Renner's "Hawkeye" Scarlet Johansson's "Black Widow" Chris Hemsworth's "Thor" Mark Ruffalo's "Hulk" Bruce Banner" Chris Evans' Captain America. The intensity this film emits is truly satisfying and a film like this deserves even more credit and recognition. It's not some overhyped comicbook film that fails to please the fans, it is one of the most satisfying conclusive films to a 22-film saga, which has never been done.
One flaw that I could not bare to ignore after watching a couple times was the final battle, the lead-up was perfect, the intensity was perfect, we get a perfect bone-chilling scene of all our heroes lined up to fight the biggest battle in film then they all run up and. its horrible. Its literally just the heroes running up and slaughtering a CGI army, there were no nail-biting climactic fights. And another thing is that we never see someone physically best thanos in a fight. One thing Infinity War did better than Endgame(And I hate to compare two films from the same saga and franchise) was the fight scene between Stark and Thanos on Titan, Thanos even had 4 stones and got wiped pretty good by the nanotech armor. If anything, they should have done a similar scene because the only instance in which we really see Thanos get bested was between him and Cap Marvel(briefly) and between him and Scarlett Witch as well. But it only lasted like 30 seconds. I wanted to see a rematch between him and banner or Stark, Thor, Cap, at least one of those four! Not a 10-15 second scene of Cap, thor, and Cap Marvel trying to hold him down until stark takes the stones out. Stark was nerfed as well as Thor. Captain Marvel was straight shoe-horned in as well, she only a got a few good licks in and that was it. Although that was just the climax, it could've been so much better, the wasted potential.

They basically did a Game of Thrones finale on this one it seems. Maybe 2019 will be remembered as the year when all movie makers lost it.
