山を眺める｜Looking at the Mountain｜2021/07/22

北海道の登別にやってきた。街は温泉の硫黄のにおいがただよい、ゆったりとした雰囲気だ。その中の旅館に泊まったのだが、山のそばに建物が配置されている。客室からは山の樹々の緑が窓で切り取られ美しい。見晴らしのよい眺望もよいけれど、山の緑しか見えない景色もいい。かすかに水の音を聴きながら緑の中に身をおいていると心が澄んでくる。余計な雑念が消えてゆく。新しいアイデアをうむというよりも選択する作業に適している。いままでなかなか進まなかったこともあっという間に終わってしまった。作家が旅館で缶詰になって書き上げる気持ちもわかるような気がする。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

 I came to Noboribetsu in Hokkaido. The town has a relaxed atmosphere with a smell from hot springs. I stayed at an ryokan in it, and the building is located near the mountain. From the guest room, the greenery view of the mountain trees is cut out by the window and it is beautiful. The wide view is good, but the view where I can only see the green of the mountains is also good. When I put myself in the green while listening to the faint sound of water, my heart becomes clear. Unnecessary thoughts disappear. It is more suitable for selecting new ideas than for creating them. Things that haven't progressed so far have ended in a short time.
