【潜入】清島アパート

みなさんこんにちは！

Hello, guys!

突然ですが、清島アパートって知っていますか？

Do you know Kiyoshima Apartment?

清島アパートは別府市内にある、芸術活動と居住区を合体させたアーティストのためのアパートです！一般公開もされており、事前に連絡すれば誰でも見学可能の穴場SPOT!

Kiyoshima Apartment is an apartment for artists in Beppu!

Anyone can join in the tour of the apartment!

「でもアーティストって普段接する機会が少ないし、よくわかんない・・・。なんか気難しそう・・・。」

って思いませんか？

But, don’t you think “we seldom see artists in daily life. And they look like grumpy…”?

そこで今回はアーティストってどんな人たちなのか、そしてそんな彼らが住む清島アパートって一体どんな所なのかを取材してきました！

So in this time We, Beppaper members interviewed artist in the apartment. And we try to reveal what kind of people artists is and what’s like inside the apartment!

ジャン！！外見はこんな感じです！建物の壁から年季を感じますね！

This is an outside appearance of the apartment! It’s old!

なんでも戦後間もないころに建てられた建物だとか・・・。

それでは実際に住んでいる方にガイドして頂きましょう～！

So man living in the apartment led us to introduce their art！

今回は住人のユキハシ トモヒコさん（旅する服屋さん）がガイドしてくださいました！清島アパートの一階には８つの小部屋があり、そこがアトリエとして利用されています。現在は８人のアーティストさんが共同生活を行っているそうです。ユキハシさんはオリジナルの服飾制作を行っています。身に纏ってる服がすでに個性的でオシャレでした。

So in this time, Mr.Tomohiko Yukihashi who is a fashion artist was our guide. He said 8 small rooms in 1st floor are used as ateliers and now all rooms are being used.

戸惑う編集員にユキさんがアトリエごとに作品についての丁寧に説明をしてくださいます。

製作した方がいらっしゃらなくてもアトリエの見学か可能ですし、ガイドの方から説明を受けることが出来るので、普段アートに触れる機会が少ない人でも、満喫することができますね！

Mr.Yukimoto sincerely explained about the works, so even we don’t have any special knowledge about art, we can enjoy the artworks with the explanation. Furthermore, even without all artists, all ateliers are opened! We can see all ateliers freely!

取材した時に、アトリエにいらっしゃったアーティストさんは各々の作品について詳しく説明をしてくださいました！

個性豊かでめちゃめちゃおもしろい！！！

Everyone in Kiyoshima apartment
is really good!!!

取材に行く前後でアーティストに対する印象がガラリと変わりました。アーティストって気難しくてとっつきにくそう・・・、自分の世界だけに集中しててその他の事に関しては無関心そう、とか好き勝手考えていましたが、皆さんとてもフレンドリーな上に、熱心に作品についてお話をしてくださるのでそれぞれが持つ独特の世界観に触れることができて思わず驚いちゃいます！

清島アパートとても優しくて面白い方ばかりなので、興味のある方はぜひ行ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
