Sunflower's Deko Sushi ひまわりのデコ寿司

Hello everyone!

Today I participated in an online cooking lesson,

We made Deko Sushi (decorated Sushi), 

today's motif was Sunflower, 

then after the lesson for my dinner 

I coordinated with another dishes which were created

 with season's materials such as Ayu-no-shioyaki 

(Grilled sweetfish with salt), 

Marinated Bellpepper & Eggplant 

with dashi and watermelon.

今日は「キュートなデコ寿司オンラインレッスン」

に参加しました。

デコ寿司は今晩の夕飯になります。

夏のイメージひまわりには、旬の素材を使った

「鮎の塩焼き」「ピーマンと茄子の煮浸し」

と「スイカ」を合わせて御膳にしました。

 ふじさんは定期的にデコ寿司のレッスン

を開催されています。

モチーフも様々でとても楽しいです。
