だらだらした夏を過ごしてしまった。ゆるっとしたお腹が再度出現してきた。これはいけないとリングフィットアドベンチャーを導入した。これにハマった３歳児の腹筋が割れたという噂を耳にしたからだ。機器をセットアップして早速やってみる。最初のストレッチですでに息が荒くなる。ひたすら走り続け、敵と戦う。あっという間に汗をかいている。しかしストーリーと効果音に惹き込まれて続けてしまう。35年前にドラクエにハマった時代をふと思い出す。あの頃にこれがあったらきっと今頃はムキムキだったに違いない。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）

I've had a sloppy summer. My loose stomach has reappeared. I thought I needed diet training, so I bought Ring Fit Adventure. I heard the story that the abdominal muscles of a 3-year-old child who was addicted to this appeared. I set up the device and tried it immediately. The first stretch was already breathless. I kept running and fighting the enemy. I was sweating in no time. However, I continued to be drawn to the story and sound effects. I suddenly remembered the time when I was addicted to Dragon Quest 35 years ago. If there was this at that time, it must have been mushy by this time. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
