北海道 (空知総合振興局) 夕張市 白金川 (Shirogane River, Yubari, Hokkaido)．FOV ~2.7 mm．

　本標本は，2009年に北海道大学で開催された日本鉱物科学会年会に参加した際に入手した．摩耗しているが，六角形の輪郭が認められる．現在，現地はダム湖に沈んでしまったらしい．
