Pako-don パーコー丼

Hello everyone!

I prepared an another dish with Pako 

which is Stewed Spareribs.

This time I cooked it with roots vegetables 

and konnyaku then placed them top of the rice.

 It's called Pako-don. 

As the color was almost brown

I add a cube of Potate & Beet salad in a side dish.

パーコーを使ってもう一品を作りました。

今度はパーコーを根菜と糸こんにゃくと一緒に煮込んで

熱々のご飯に載せて、パーコー丼にしました。

ほとんど茶色なので、

鮮やかなビーツ入りポテトサラダを添えました。
