神勝寺 禅と庭のミュージアム。Shinshoji Zen Museum and Gardens.

元旦にＮＨＫ日曜美術館の４０周年特番として”ゆく美くる美”が放映されました。

私は、その番組の中で紹介された「神勝寺 禅と庭のミュージアム」にとても興味を持ちました。

広い境内には様々な施設があるのですが、特に「洸庭（こうてい）」というインスタレーション作品をどうしても観たくなったのです。

そういう訳で、行ってきました。

到着がギリギリになってしまい、「洸庭」以外はゆっくり観ることが出来ませんでした。

しかし、それでもとても満足です。

【洸庭】

禅とは何か。それを感じ、理解し、体験する作品です。

ノアの箱舟を思わせるその建物の中に入ると、そこには漠然とした無。

しばらくすると自分という存在自体も無になり、意識が空間の一部になっていきました。

無との融合。

そして、世界の始まりを感じました。

大学生の頃の自分をここへ連れてきたい…

しみじみとそう思いました。

当時の私は、作品制作に付随して己とは何なのかとか諸々よく分からない事について考えては頭を悩ませていたからです。

今日は境内を全て散策することは出来ませんでしたが、とても充実した心地よい時間を過ごせました。

是非もう一度行って、様々な禅の体験をしたいです。

The 40th anniversary special number of the NHK Sunday Art Museum was aired on New Year's Day.

I was very interested in "Shinshoji Zen and Garden Museum" introduced in that program.

There are various facilities in wide precincts. I was particularly interested in the installation work "洸庭 (Kohtei)" in particular.

That's why I went.

Because I arrived late, I could not watch slowly except "洸 庭".

But my heart was very fulfilling.

What is Zen? It is a work that feels, understands, and experiences it.

I entered the building like the Noah's ark. There was nothing there.

After a while I also gone. My consciousness has become a part of the space.

Fusion with no.

And I felt the beginning of the world.

I want to bring myself here when I was a college student ...

I thought so.

At that time I was worrying about what I am.

Today I could not take a walk around the precincts, but I had a very fulfilling and comfortable time.

I definitely want to go there again and have various Zen experiences.
