Satisfying after-service

　😊This is Connie in charge of customer support

As we want our customers to be able to cherish and wear the rings for a long time,

we place emphasis on after-service.

Those who participate in our ring-texturing session as well as those who order rings to be

made by our craftsmen find our perfect after-sales service to be the main reason for choosing our shop.

Especially for marriage rings which you would be wearing for a lifetime, this after-service is

very important and it is one of the element which gives you peace of mind.

At itoaware, we offer the following after-service:

❤　Size adjustment

　　　　🌿After going on a diet, the ring became loose

　　　　🌿You feel that recently the ring has become tight

In such a case, we undertake size adjustment (±2sizes） free of charge.

      Depending on the material of the ring and whether the shop is crowded or not,

      we might have to ask you to wait. In such a case, we will let you know by LINE when

     the ring is ready. You can come and pick it up by the time our shop closes (6pm)

     or pick it up on the day convenient for you.

    'Size adjustment is for the finger you chose to wear the ring when the ring was made

     so we will measure the same finger. If you wish to wear the ring on a different finger,

     it will not be covered by after-service size adjustment so kindly take note.

❤　Repolishing

　　🌿There are scratches on the surface of your ring

　　🌿The ring has lost its glitter

　　🌿In case of a silver ring, the color has become blackish

　　Regarding repolishing、

       If the scratches on the surface is quite deep, then even if it is repolished the scratches        might remain to a certain extent so please take note.

      If the shop is crowded, we might have to ask  you to wait.

      We will let you know by LINE when it is ready so that you can come and pick it up by 

      6pm when our shop cloes or you can come and pick it up on another day.

Furthermore, we accept rings for after-service at our sister shops so please feel free

to drop in at one of the shops.
