Dell latitude e6420 keyboard replacement instructions

Hey guys, I am using Dell Latitude E6420, win 10 and i can't use Bluetooth :( I try install Bluetooth Driver but it's not working. How can i use bluetooth on Dell Latitude E6420, win 10?
