Eldar guardians assembly instructions

Guardians have the option of taking a heavy weapons platform, this is basically a heavy weapon which counts as relentless. Avengers get the usual Eldar rule i.e battle focus etc though for some reason they get counter-attack. It is a bit weird a shooting unit gets this ability, but I am not going to complain. does some one out there know how to convert eldar guardians to eldar rangers (some thing 40k tournament legal) and it does not have to be guardians,just some thing cheaper then 12.00 for 3 rangers.
