This is how nekolele was born...

nekolele was originally the idea for making a reasonable handmade uke with unique and cute cat inlay for cat/uke lovers. In the process, I noticed there wasn't any good or reasonably priced T shirt with a cat & uke motif. So we decided to make our own using nekolele drawing I already had.

元々は猫好きのワタクシとビルダーである相方のアイデァで猫インレイ入りのウクレレを、「手作り品としては手頃な値段」で買えるようにしようと始まったんです。が、そういう矢先、猫とウクレレモチーフのTシャツでいいのがないなぁ、あっても高いなぁということになり、だったらnekolele Tシャツを作っちゃいましょうということになったと記憶しています。
