Lake Chuzenji is at Okunikko, which is in Nikko National park in Tocigi pref. There are a volcano, Mt.Nantai Lake Chuzenji is made when Mt. Nantai erupted long time ago.
It is a great view and a lot of people visit in Autumn season to see the maples trees turning color. Lake Chuzenji is a famous tourist spot rich in natural beauty.
Before WWⅡ, a lot of Europeans and Americans constructed their vacation home there and they enjoyed fishing there.
