Japanese restaurant in the forest

This restaurant is one of my favorites.........💛

〝Yuzusawa-no-chaya"　

〝Yuzu“　is a Japanese citron.  Fukushima is famous for Japanese citron fruits.

They serve some dishes used soy bean paste with Yuzu .

Also "Miso-dengaku" is popular, it's a dish prepared by skewering foodstuffs such as  konnyaku（konjac), tofu  and satoimo (taro), pasting them with Yuzu  and sweet miso ( soy bean paste )
