Round shaped Strawberry Mille-Feuille

I invited my friends to my house and enjoyed a tea time😘

I haven't made pie pastry for a long time since I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu.

So partly for the practice,I made pie pastry and Mille-Feuille with it!!

Looks yummy ant cute!!

I praised my mille-feuille by myself!!😂

but it looks good,isn't it!?😆?!

This was my first time to make round shaped Mille-Feuille.

I piled up pie pastries 4 layers,so seemed to be difficult to eat neatly😂

In fact,it was😅

But the pastry was crunchy,the cream was tasty and the combination

 of these pastry,sweet cream and sourness of strawberries were perfect!

I satisfied to make this😆

My friends were also praised to me! hehe.
