I had figured out what was going on by myself and it felt really rewarding when things actually worked out. Now that I'm back into programming after a long hiatus, there are still things that I don't understand about how VBA really works. I think I've gotten better because I've been practicing and trying new things. I often get discouraged when I'm stuck, and it's hard to not give up once you do. If you're not passionate about something, then it'll be hard to keep going for longer periods of time because you'll lose interest and find yourself quitting easily (this is why I told people to "just start" and "keep going"!).
