Why does optifine download as a zipped file

So I wanted to download optifine right. Your right click bltadwin.ru file, and under open with it doesn't show Java Platform SE Binary? I tried downloading optifine for HD_U_C1 And it downloads as a zip file. I have winrar on but all it contains are bunches of files and. bltadwin.ru › watch.

 · When I download OptiFine and go to open it it opens an internet explorer page. I've downloaded the latest version of java. Instead of the icon being the java logo it shows the icon for internet explorer. I've tried downloading different versions of optifine but it does the same thing.
