Cant download fipy files

Hi, again. A bit more information that may help diagnose the problem. I am using the Ubuntu OS() pre-installed python. I am able to import in my Python shell; numpy, scipy, matplotlib and pysparse. It seems for some reason the fipy debian file can't locate the packages. Currently the debian file is in my user home folder. Find the Atom installer link and click that to go to the download page for the latest version of Atom. There are all kinds of downloads available. If you're using bit Windows version, download the AtomSetup-xexe file, otherwise get bltadwin.ru After downloading, run the file to install the Atom IDE. It's fully automatic.
