In order to download and install go4 your apple device MUST have A7 or later chip as per DJI instructions, that is all. thanks for helping me figure out what iPad mini I have and what the specs are for the one I need to get. It came today but will not download DJI Go 4 saying it is not compatible. I have double checked and it is an IPAD mini 4 running the A8 processor. Given how there are many people using this ipad mini 4 with the app it looks like this is a bug with the new version of the DJI software which affects new downloads only.
