It is because installer is java TM platform file. If it doesn't open when you double click right click it choose open with and then choose java TM platform. NOTE not every java file will open with java TM platform. Once i tried to open topfind247.co and it kept just loading loading and loading until i moved topfind247.co file and placed it back.
