In Sonarr/Radarr, enable Complete Download Handler and Failed Download Handler and enable Remove on both. That way, when torrents are done they'll pause and then Sonarr/Radarr will remove them after they've imported. Your way risks the torrent downloading and being removed before Sonarr/Radarr get a chance to import them. Sonarr works fine out of the box except one edge case: things packed in rar files. The media management will copy/move the content after unrar, but leaves the rar files and the torrent so that the seeding ratio can be achieved. Because it has the content it wants, it considers the download complete and never returns to clear stuff up later. Right click file/delete.
