hello, it is assumed that when I download forge it should be installed as a file then open and join minecraft so that the mods option appears, but when I install it it is downloaded through internet explorer, and when I want to open it it does not leave me, alone once I let myself install it, but 2 things happened, 1- the option of mods did not.
