I uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim, Steam, Boss, and NMM. I installed MO and got it working. Lately I have not been able to download any mods due to the external protocol downloading to a different location instead of NMM. This seems to be due to my previous installation of the Mod Organizer, but after I uninstalled the program, Nexus will try to download to that location anyways and I can't seem to change it.
