Please make sure your system clock and timezone are set accurately. I ACCEPTED and unchecked the first box (disabling Private Browsing). The program restarted itself and I was able to set my Master Password. Make sure another Tor Browser or instance of 'Tor' is not already running on your system. If you’re not sure if Tor Browser is running, restart your computer.
