“Murano”Venetian glass cookies

My latest challenge for icing cookies is Murano which is Venetian pattern!

It took longer than normal icing..

This small plate is one of my favorites and also memorable one. 

I bought this on our honeymoon about 6 years ago in Murano Island of Italy.

Small colorful glass flowers are gathering on this plate:)

I love this very much. 

I think the result is not very good (The pattern and the colour is not very similar to Murano's..),

so I need to try again with another way,but I fairly satisfied.

Now I guess you could understand why I had taken longer than usual for making these:)haha.

Still I will keep challenging! 

Hope I would visit Murano again someday..

Now I am enduring just visiting Venice in the Philippines!! hahaha.

much cheaper but fun Venice!!
