Final fantasy portal app cant download wallpaper

I can't seem to log into the FF portal app. Every time I try it says "Square Enix ID or Password Incorrect" and I changed my password three different times and I know for a fact I am putting both my ID and password in correctly. Does anyone else have this issue?
